Here you can find a quick walk-through about how to get started FeedBackDog, how to use the interface and create your surveys. Again, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
My surveys page
After you register, you can log in to your account where you find the dashboard where you can create new surveys and manage your existing ones.
Start working on your survey
Click on the icons to Edit, Share or Analyze.
First, click on the Edit icon to start building your survey.
To create a new one, just click the button on the left.
By clicking on the Edit icon, you find yourself on the survey editor.
You can write your question text and choose from the question types.
You can add up to 4 questions and when you are done, click on the green SAVE button on the upper right corner to save your survey.
Customize your survey
On the Customize page of the Survey editor, you can customize your survey by
- Adding a name so that you can manage it later on
- Uploading your logo
- Changing the color to your brand’s color
- And adding a custom message
(Some of these features only available to user with Pro account.)
Thank you page editor
After you saved your survey, click on the Thank you page editor on the left to customize the thank you page of your survey.
With a Pro account you can also collect your customers’ email address to build your list. You can also connect to your Mailchimp list directly.
Share your survey
You can collect custom feedback online or in-store. To do that, there is a unique qr code and a short link for each and every survey you make.
You can even customize your link to fit your brand or to make it more memorizable.
